Learn powerful DBT and life navigation skills to master your emotions and thrive with confidence.
Why choose dbt-thrive ?
In a sea of self-help options, DBT-THRIVE offers an evidence-based blend of emotional and practical skills. Our eight-week format is focused and practical, and many participants notice changes during the programme. Designed for adults facing real-life pressures, it offers a safe space to learn without judgement.
What makes it different: small groups, so you get personal attention; a programme workbook included in the fee; and a programme designed to work alongside any individual support you already have. The benefits include more emotional balance (steadiness on tough days), stronger relationships (closer connections with less conflict), greater resilience (bouncing back from setbacks) and practical life skills (managing time, money and self-care with more confidence).
At Glenbrook Practice, our facilitators are experienced and DBT-trained, and committed to supporting you. If you are ready to build skills for a calmer, more confident life, this programme is for you.
